MURPH CHALLENGE 2017.
Alamo 180's MURPH CHALLENGE training cycle begins on April 11 and ends on Memorial Day, May 29, with completion of the MURPH Hero WOD.
MURPH Hero WOD:
1 mile Run. 100 Pull-Ups. 200 Push-Ups. 300 Air Squats. 1 mile Run. (In a 20 lb weighted vest or body armor)
(Note: scaled options available for all movements, as well as going sans weigthed vest, and options to partition such as 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats).
WHY DO IT?
This is a unique way to pay respect to ALL American service members who have fallen in the line of duty for our nation. So remember and honor their selfless service along with Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

9am & 10 am HEATS. Come early, we suggest 15 minutes, so you have time to warm up. Heats start on time.
