We invite you to attend our «Fiesta Vegan Dinner & Tequila Tasting» on April 29, 2017, at ChaChas Mexican Restaurant. Cocktails will be served at 6:30 and dinner starts at 7 pm. We will have an all Vegan Menu presented by my sister, Chef Bania Ruiz-Arteaga, and Joseph «Tbone» Terrebonne. Chef Tbone, and his wife Ruby, will prepare a savory appetizer of Jackfruit Molé with Fresh Corn Polenta and a flight of three raw vegan desserts, Sweet Potato Pie with Sriracha Cashew Cremè, Woodford Reserve Rye Whisky Pecan Pie with Rosemary Crust, and «Mexican Mud with Lemon Coconut Cremé». Chef Bania will present her Pièce de Résistance the day of the dinner. A «Tequila 101» presentation will be given by your host Ricardo Ruiz Jr. The Tequila tasting will focus on three premium tequilas, Herradura Silver, Reposado, and Anejo. If you don't know what that means, don't worry we will enlighten you that evening. The dinner, tequila tasting, and margaritas are priced at $46.50 per person.
