Nanette Watson is an artisan farmer based along the Frio River in the Hill Country. She’ll teach us how to make fruit jam the way they do it at Frio Farm — the old fashioned way, i.e. the right way. This is a hands-on class (messy!), so bring an apron. You’ll go home with new knowledge and some wonderful jam.
