Looking to have a dino-mite time? Stomp on over to Cocktails and Culture at the Witte Museum on July 27, 2017 for a roaring adventure! Marvel at a 30-foot Quetzalcoatlus that once soared the Texas skies as you walk in the doors and learn about Acrocanthosaurus, a carnivorous dinosaur that roamed Texas 126 million years ago. Join Dr. Thomas Adams, the Witte Museum’s Curator of Paleontology and Geology, as he shares his thrilling and exciting discoveries of uncovering what was left behind by one of the world’s most intriguing time periods. Leave the kids at home, bring a date or friends and enjoy a night with the dinosaurs!
