Friday Nights Celestial Lights — Decoding the Eclipse
In our lecture for this month, we will break down the significance of the August 21st Total Solar Eclipse across the US, reports from those who were on the center-line, and what scientific research was performed including a project conducted by UTSA astronomers!
The lecture will begin at 7:30 PM in the Flawn Science Building, room 2.02.02 with stargazing to follow immediately afterwards at the Curtis Vaughan Jr. Observatory. This event is free and open to everyone. For more information, visit astronomy.utsa.edu
