Zen meditation (zazen) is the core of our Zen practice. In sitting zazen, we bring our attention to the breath and the body and realize not only the interdependent nature of the mind and body, but of all reality.
This class is taught by one of our senior members and lasts approximately 2 hours. Please plan to arrive early, as we begin promptly at 11:30. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and refrain from wearing any scented products.
We do not charge for our programs, but your donations ensure that we can continue to continue offering the Dharma to the San Antonio community. A suggested donation for this class is $10.
