Gather your friends for a unique culinary experience at the Witte Museum on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. for Salud! Culinary Nights: Plates of Prey.
Experience an evening of conversation with Chef Destiny Aponte, Joshua Schwencke, David Terrazas and Chef Richard Skaggs, as the chefs prepare a four-course meal inspired by native Texas prey. The evening will feature Helen Holdsworth, Curator of Texas Wild, discussing the habitats and survival tactics of native prey. Each course will be paired with a featured seasonal summer wine, provided by Spicewood Vineyards, William Chris Vineyards and Kuhlman Cellars.
