Natha grew up with love for nature and raspberry dark chocolate. Nathan believes that chocolate production can save the world's forests and soils while making people happy and healthy. He lived and worked at an organic cacao farm and bird reserve in Dominican Republic where he developed fermentation protocols for fine flavored cacao. Nathan has been a rapid composter, wine maker, and cacao consultant since 2016.
